2024 fishing days are April 15, 16, 17, 18

Bottled water, fresh bait and ice are to be provided by the charter boat. Anglers will provide their own lunch and additional beverages.

Total due for the 4 charter fishing days includes all taxes and is the total amount due. Bonnier LLC will pay a 50% deposit upon acceptance of this Charter Agreement. The final payment will be due upon services rendered. Bonnier will deduct any amounts owed to the hosting marina or the OWC by the Charter Operator prior to making final payment.

For boats based outside of Quepos the tournament provides a dock space and one room with 2 beds for traveling crew beginning April 14 and ending April 19.

Bonnier LLC will pay a 50% deposit upon acceptance of this Charter Agreement. The final payment will be due upon services rendered. Bonnier will deduct any amounts owed to the tournament or hosting marina by the Charter Operator prior to making final payment.

Cancellation: Bonnier LLC can cancel this agreement for any reason at any time. If cancellation is made thirty (30) days or more from the Event Date, Bonnier LLC is entitled to a full refund of its Deposit Amount. If cancellation is made two (2) weeks prior to the Event Date, Bonnier LLC shall be entitled to a refund of half (1/2) of its Deposit Amount.  If cancellation is made less than two (2) weeks prior to the Event Date, Bonnier LLC shall forfeit its entire Deposit Amount.

BY SIGNING BELOW, I AGREE THAT MY CHARTER BOAT MEETS THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:
Vessel must be able to tournament fish April 15 - April 18, 2024.
Captain, crew must attend mandatory meeting prior to event. Time and location to be announced.
Vessel must be large enough and be rated to take up to 5 anglers, one captain, one mate, and all equipment on board.
Vessels must have enough fuel and be prepared to fish out to the 50 nautical mile tournament boundary and back to the marina.
Vessel must have all safety equipment for all persons on board including: easily accessible Coast Guard approved adult life jackets, distress signaling devices, including up-to-date flares and mirror, horn or whistle, and a distress flag. Also required are up-to-date fire extinguishers (rated for the vessels size), VHF and cell phone communications, working bilge pumps, dock lines and tow rope.
Captains must show the anglers where the safety gear is located each day of fishing.
Provide copy of current insurance policy covering all on board.
Provide copy of current vessel certificate of navigability, fishing license and registration.
Enough fresh dead bait and tackle for a full tournament day of fishing.
Working head.
Enough ice for food, drinks and kept game fish for all on board.
Quality rod & reels.
One licensed captain and one designated mate. Two mates are allowed for boats 35' and larger.
Captain and mate must understand and abide by all tournament rules.
Working engine/s.
Working GPS plotter.
Fishing Outriggers.
Quality line/leader material and non-offset circle hooks.
Lures and teasers for catching billfish, tuna, wahoo, and dorado.
Vessel owners must notify the tournament committee if the boat is actively for sale.
Be courteous and respectful to all participants.
Follow all tournament rules and regulations.
Failure to follow these rules will result in disqualification from Captain/Boat awards of the tournament, and complete refund to Bonnier LLC at tournament committee's discretion.
